Second Life Newbie Tips. Use this tips to ease your way through the metaworld. RichText NotePad is just that, an application designed for storing short notes in an easy location with quick access. When the program opens your notes open with it and load into the designated tabs. Each tab is capable of holding a rich text file consisting of more characters than you will probably need. When you have another subject needing a note card, click on the New button and a tab will open. Name the tab and then start entering your text. When you are finished with the notes for one subject, click on Delete and that note file, along with the tab it is stored in, is deleted from your computer. Or, change the name of the tab and continue to enter notes. RichText NotePad works anyway you want it. RichText NotePad does not support direct printing. What you must do is go to the menu and click on: Open Selected Tab as RTF file in default editor. The file holding your note will then open in your default editor, be it Microsoft Word, for example, and you can then print it out from there. The program is packaged in a Zip file and a self-extracting Zip exe. There is no setup program. Just unzip the file and place it in the directory of your choice, and then create a shortcut to your desktop or start menu. For best results Vista users should run this application as administrator. This program runs on the .Net 3.5 Framework. The full version cost $14.99. To purchase your registration number for RichText NotePad click here: RegNow.
