Q. Is there any type of Spyware or Adware in the PinderSoft
programs?
Q. When a Dot .Net program is installed, are there any
files installed to the GAC?
Q: The program does not run on Vista,
or the time expired shows as soon as the program starts, or another,
unknown problem keeps the program from running.
- The program must be run as Administrator. To do this,
right click on the program's icon, and then, when the menu opens, click on
'Properties. Next, click on the tab marked 'Compatibility', then go to
the bottom of the page to the checkbox for: 'Run this program as an
administrator'. After doing this, the program will then run as it is
suppose to. Click on the thumbnail below to open an image in a different

- If you have the
Cardfile, Magazine Organizer or Birthday program, when the
installation program runs, change the install directory to
"C:\Pindersoft\'name of program'. Name of program being
either Cardfile, Birthday, etc. Do not install the program into "C:\Program
files\...".
This must
be done even if you are signed in as Administrator. We have updated
all our .Net programs -- WPO, Cardfile PS Net -- to run on Vista in
the 'Elevated Mode'.
