The Submission Viewer

Keep track of all your submissions with the Submission Viewer.

When the window opens, select the manuscript from the combo box at the top right of the screen. All current submissions will list in the data grid. In the image below, all outstanding submissions are listed for 'A Templar's Vows'. WPO Submission Viewer

Work with a submission by clicking on it with the right mouse button. A drop down (popup) menu will then appear, as shown below.

In the Submission Editor, you cannot enter data directly into the grid, you must select a submission and Writers Project Organizer will place that data into the form for editing, or deleting.

Submission Viewer options

View Selected Name: The Agent/Agency, or Publisher, will open in it's respective window. In this example 'My Agent' will open in the Agent/Agency window.

Add/Edit/Delete a submission for the selected name: The Submission Editor will open so you can work with the selected submission. When the window opens, you will have to click on the submission listed in the data grid to place its data into the controls for editing.

Add selected name to a Hot List: click here to add the name you have selected to a Hot List.

View all prior submissions, submissions that have never been answered and all that have been rejected by clicking on the 'Submissions' menu, as shown in the image below.
